Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Basic up to $3500

\xc2\xb7 5 working days including weekend/ PH

\xc2\xb7 Working time: 9.5 hours per shift

\xc2\xb7 Location: Changi Airport Transit Area

\xc2\xb7 Company transport provided!

\xc2\xb7 Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Retail supervisors develop operations plans for their teams and make sure those plans are executed.

\xc2\xb7 Lead, manage and motivate team members

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and update duty roster to ensure accuracy of details in HRMS system

\xc2\xb7 Coach and train Retail Associates

\xc2\xb7 Conduct daily briefing to team members before start of shift

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the outlet is properly operating

\xc2\xb7 Provide high level of customer service to customer

\xc2\xb7 Ad-Hod duties as required by supervisor.
