Job Description
Manage all Frontline Staff assigned
Be a Leader to motivate and guide team members in becoming true Shilla Ambassadors Drive sales and work on sales initiatives to maximize sales potentials to achieve sales targets Handle all employee disciplinary matters, provide counselling and enforce disciplinary actions Ensure compliance of SOPs of selling standards, customer service quality and attitudes, grooming matters and adherence to all established operational policies and procedures Handle rostering and manpower planning
Sales Reports and Targets
Prepare all required sales reports and forecasting for assigned terminal Customer Service Work closely with Customer Service Team to manage and resolve customer-related feedback
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum GCE 'O' Level Prior experience in Cosmetic and Perfume sales in a Supervisory capacity, with passion in the industry Experience in travel retail background preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude Able to perform retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays Must be comfortable to work in Changi Airport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
