Job Description
s:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Optimize product mix and inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. Foster a customer-centric culture within the store. Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation. Motivate and lead the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Possess good customer service Good communication skill Sales driven and highly motivated Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to be able to relay information to Mandarin -speaking customers on the fashion and clothing related matter. * We prefer those that will stay for long period and grow with us.
