Retail Team Lead / Supervisor

Job Description
Looking for retail candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience and 1-2 years of supervising experience. Experience in fast fashion or women apparel fashion will have added advantages.
- Support Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations
- Oversee daily/weekly deliverables including store checklist and inventory checklists
- To coach staff members in providing the best guest experience, lead store sales performance and customer service excellence
- Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft & wastage
- Train new staff members and scheduling shifts
- Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock-take exercises
- Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and close accounts for the closing shift
- Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication
- With 3-4 years of relevant experience and 1-2 years of supervising experience
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable to work retail hours(i.e Shift work, Public Holidays and weekends)
