Track 1 - Retail & Workspace Graduate Programme

Over a 12-month period, the programme provides an exciting learning journey with 3 rotations across asset classes (Commercial, Business Park & Industrial and Retail) and functions.

This program is designed to provide successful candidates with the exposure, skills, knowledge and holistic understanding of various aspects of the business.

  • Length of programme: 12 months
  • Number of rotations: 3 rotations
  • Length of each rotation: 4 months
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be deployed to a role within Retail & Workspace. Rotations and deployment may include but are not limited to asset classes and/or job functions such as Asset Management, Leasing, Marketing, Operations, etc.

We are looking for all-rounders who are agile, ready to gain diverse experience in different job functions/roles and take on any challenges that come your way, and grow within the Retail & Workspace business!

Track 2 - Retail Leasing Graduate Program

Over an 18-month period, the program provides unique work opportunities to contribute to Singapore\'s vibrant retail landscape across three retail leasing functions: Casual Leasing, Central Leasing and Tenant Relations Management.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be deployed to a role within one of the Retail Leasing Functions.
  • Length of programme: 18 months
  • Number of rotations: 3 rotations
  • Length of each rotation: 6 months
During your job rotations, you will be rotated across our leasing functions, which include:

1. Central Leasing: You will be part of the Retail leasing team based in Singapore, responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies for properties within the retail portfolio. Highly sensitive to what is happening in the retail market, you will be able to identify market trends and capitalise on opportunities to secure new tenancies. This position calls for a highly-energetic individual who is keen to build a diverse industry network and possesses analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

2. Casual Leasing: You will be part of the Retail leasing team based in Singapore, responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies for promotional spaces, push carts/kiosks and vending machines within the mall in the retail portfolio. This position calls for a highly-energetic individual with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

3. Tenant Relations Management: You will be part of the tenant relations team based at the assigned mall, responsible for building strong tenant relationships. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain a deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to retail space requirements. This position calls for someone with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be deployed to a role within Retail Leasing Functions.

  • Recognised Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent, with less than one year of working experience.
  • Possess analytical, problem-solving, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent self-starter and team player.
  • High learning agility.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
