As a

Sales Promoter

for our Serta mattress and bedding accessories, you will be responsible for promoting and selling premium Serta sleep products such as mattresses, pillows, bed frames, and related accessories. You will represent the Serta brand at retail outlet, providing customers with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service to help them make the right purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell mattresses and bedding accessories at Serta retail store. Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and sleep solutions to customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products confidently. Achieve individual and outlet sales targets set by the management. Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement. Ensure accurate product information and price tags are updated at all times. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential leads when required. Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to supervisors. Work closely with the retail, marketing, and operations teams to support sales campaigns and promotions.

Job Requirements

Minimum

GCE 'N' / 'O' Level

, NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Preferably

1 year of retail or sales experience

in mattresses, furniture, home furnishing, or related products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality. Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented. Passionate about sales and achieving performance targets. Able to work

retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

(rotating shifts). Positive attitude, good teamwork, and strong service mindset. * Basic computer literacy for sales recording and reporting.
