Responsibilities
To handle walk-in and phone call enquiries.
To make new appointments with first time customers
To provide excellent customer service to customers
To manage cashier and stock inventory duties at the outlet
Other ad-hoc administrative duties support.
Requirements:
This role is to manage front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of customer service relationships roles:
highly-organized and responsible
able to work in fast paced environment
ability to remain calm & graceful even under stressful circumstances
Pleasant personality with some customer service / retail sales experience preferred.
Able to work Retail hours and prepared to work weekends
