Support the Revenue Manager in maintaining relevant and up-to-date information in the system and maintaining information, rates and availabilities on our brand website and other various channels.
Assist in preparing analysis and reports on the revenue driving activities for Rooms & Attractions.
Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to implement revenue strategies effectively.
Prepare weekly revenue meeting with analysis, data, agenda, and minutes and follow up on action items.
Maximize revenue to achieve budget and forecasted revenue target.
Market research related to pricing, products, and positioning in the marketplace.
Engage various online and offline partners, and manage various channel distribution (e.g. Online Travel Agents, Brand websites, etc.).
Assist with reservations i.e. create, upsell, manage reservation change requests.
Handle complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.
Requirements
Minimum degree or diploma in Business Management / Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field for this position.
Possess a full understanding of the principles of forecasting and analysis.
Meticulous and enjoy working with data.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel.
Preferably knowledgeable in hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, Extranets.
