With its world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, they are looking to further develop its capabilities across the region and are seeking a Revenue Marketing Executive to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

Your Future Role:

• Assist Revenue Manager and team in communicating with tenants and vendors for leasing matters and renewals
• To handle administrative tasks for revenue transactions and financial operations such as dealing with customers, tenants and vendors on payment issues, sending payment reminders and processing security deposits and refunds
• Ensure proper paperwork and process are followed on finance system, solve problems with relevant departments and teams when needed
• Monitor and record all client sales (GTO) Manage input and tracking of budgets, financial analysis and coordination with internal accounts department
• Manage, update and produce monthly financial reports to support Marcoms Revenue Manage the department\xe2\x80\x99s documents, such as filing key agreements, financial and procedural documents, and organizing shared folders
• Help with Audit administrative requirements and check processes
• Manage and track Marcoms inventory and storeroom organization
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the managers

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Management, Mass Communications.
• Relevant Sales/leasing experience (generating leads, driving revenue growth in Real Estate industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Possess initiative with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure, independently
