Rewards Consulting Analyst

What can you expect?
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and adaptable professional to join our Rewards/Compensation and Benefits Career Products Practice in Singapore.
  • The person will have the opportunity to help shape impactful outcomes for our clients and navigating the rewards consulting projects as a team member across domains like job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking, custom wage studies by working closely with project managers in the team
  • Learn and grow across all areas to become a holistic HR Consultant.
We will count on you to
  • As an analyst you will be allocated to a set of clients in one of few industries handling the client management for renewing, prospecting and expanding the clients within one or more industry sectors in Singapore for rewards products business
  • Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data based on the guidance of a project manager
  • Conduct research-based activities using a variety of methods to shape points of view on client issues for projects and business development efforts
  • Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables, focusing on effectively communicating key insights and enabling impacts across Compensation and Benefits/Rewards practice.
  • Conduct primary or secondary research, data analysis to build on the industry landscape and rewards expertise in order to support the pre/post surveys meetings along with the Industry leader/manager
  • Support project managers with coordination activities to ensure that projects run to time and budget
  • Provide points of view in team discussions and challenge other views in a constructive manner
  • Identify learning opportunities to continuously upskill across core consulting and talent solution areas
  • Publish the annual compensation survey for your industry by reviewing the industry level data that shall be shared by survey operations team, along with industry lead/consultant
  • Scan the competitiveness of the products and services and ensure informed decision making for your industry growth
What you need to have:
  • Less than 2 years of experiences
  • Curious to help shape the future of Rewards to our clients
  • A keen ad willingness to solve real client problems and create impact within the realm of Rewards and Compensation Consulting.
  • Ready to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture
  • Taking ownership of your own continuous learning and career development
  • Target driven and motivated
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Rewards products is a plus
  • Ability to engage with different audiences including Business Owners and HR/C&B Managers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive social and business networks , network within the HR industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work in a large team and with different stakeholders
