Your role:
- Streamline processes, data insights, research, establish effective ways of working
- Supporting rewards team in APAC as well as potentially Global/ GC/ india on projects, HR team on data insights
- Gain exposure of Total Rewards structure and rewards philosophy and priority. Data insights coupled with Talent perspectives Include hybrid working
You\'re the right fit if:
1. Data analysis experience, comfortable with massive data, project management and
2. Microsoft Excel: Analyzing and generating insights
