What you will do:
  • Performance Cycle Operations: Support the end-to-end operations of the performance review cycle, including coordination, data preparation and management, and general project execution.
  • Compensation Benchmark Research: Assist in collecting and analyzing market salary data to generate actionable insights that inform salary-related decisions.
  • Data Cleaning & Analysis: Perform basic data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to support performance and rewards initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc Performance & Rewards tasks/projects: Contribute to high-impact, organization-wide performance and rewards projects by assisting with execution, coordination, and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Duration: 3-6months
  • Language: Proficiency in English as the working language.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with good data sensexe2x80x94able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong market research ability and structured problem-solving skillsxe2x80x94able to break down questions logically and identify relevant market data efficiently.
  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or masters program (masters preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience (Preferred): Prior internship or work experience in performance management or rewards is a strong plus.
