Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer cases & inquiries related to rewards redemption
- Devise and run campaigns for Rewards program
- Conduct sanity checks for API integrations and technology cutovers
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards for rewards program, tracking key metrics such as redemption rates and program ROI.
- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements ...
- And other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- 1 or 2 years of banking experience preferred
- Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
