The Job

1 - 2 years relevant experience in rewards/ loyalty/ program management
Manage customer cases & inquiries related to rewards redemption
Devise and run campaigns for Rewards progra
Conduct sanity checks for API integrations and technology cutover
Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards for rewards program, tracking key metrics such as redemption rates and program ROI
Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Experience and skills:
