The criteria and job descriptions as follows:RF Engineer Responsibilities: Works directly with several RFID hardware systems to ensure our products meet specifications & conduct training on product performance Ensuring RF test equipment is calibrated to industry standards & conducting laboratory tests on RF equipment. Setting up, Testing, Maintenance and packing field equipment's with factory builds. Testing the performance of existing wireless networks. Analysing RF broadcasting equipment and suggesting improvements. Using computer software to design RF installations for new wireless networks. Troubleshooting network issues. RF engineers should be able to accurately identify network issues and design systems that improve speed and coverage. Responsible for evaluating RFID inlays with measurement equipment, various readers, printers and other RFID systemsRF Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field. Knowledge of LTE / RF networks (RFID Wireless Communications protocols analog & power circuits) Proficiency in the principles of Project Management Experience of RF hardware systems and testing equipment. Required system hardware / software setup and integration Proficient with mapping software including Sierra, Atoll, and MapInfo & experienced with scripting test protocols using Python. Also helpful is Perl, VBA, Java, .NET and/or other A plus, experienced with industrial printing, RFID manufacturing, understanding radio frequency & antenna theory (high frequency ultra high frequency or microwave frequency) Ability to travel when required & thrive on a cross-functional team Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to be an advisor to customers and build sustainable relationships Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, work without supervision. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, apply logical and scientific thinking to a wide range of technical problemsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
