Position: Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer (Full Time)

Job Overview
Seeking an RF Engineer specializing in Power Amplifier (PA) Design to develop high-efficiency, high-linearity RF PA modules (0.2-7 GHz, up to 50W) from concept to production. Collaborate with system and hardware teams to deliver advanced wireless systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design PA Circuits
: Lead topology selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, focusing on efficiency, gain, and linearity.
Simulation & Validation
: Use ADS, AWR, HFSS, or CST for circuit/EM analysis; conduct load-pull, S-parameter, and linearity tests with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
Team Collaboration
: Work with PCB layout, digital, and system engineers to meet specs and support documentation.
Milestones
:30 Days: Learn PA architectures, tools, and begin schematic design.
60 Days: Complete initial design, simulations, and guide PCB layout.
90 Days: Validate prototype, debug, tune, and deliver test report.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical/RF Engineering.
5+ years in RF PA design and validation.
Proficient in RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR; HFSS/CST a plus).
Skilled in lab testing with RF instruments.
