Job Scope

Lead and coordinate lab work and provide advanced technical support on formulation designing for chemical EOR to support business growth in Asia. To collaborate with EOR global R&I team and play active role in new innovative product development To support regional business and sales team to drive business growth and capture new opportunities in Asia To proactively participate in customer visits and technical-commercial workshops, manage joint projects, develop customized solutions and give technical assistance for process/product improvement To design, conduct experiments and fulfill the project milestone within timeline independently. To develop laboratory testing protocols & formulation, define and document processes and procedures, write technical report. To implement, follow and enforce Environment, Health and Safety guidelines (EHS) for all activities and comply with roles for proper housekeeping, common equipment maintenance, etc.

Qualification

B.Sc, equivalent or higher degree in Chemistry (organic, physical or polymer), Chemical Engineering or similar disciplines Minimum 2-3 year experience in formulation chemistry using surfactants and polymers, experience in EOR is a plus. Solid instrumental (HPLC, GC-MC, NMR, FTIR, etc) and wet chemical analytical techniques Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional proficiency in other language is a plus Occasional travelling in Asia for technical support Good team player, willing to do and open mindset
