They are seeking an experienced Rider Manager to manage riders in a fast-paced, on-demand delivery environment.Role Overview:As a Rider Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the rider fleet, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal rider performance. You will manage rider dispatch, optimize delivery queues, and resolve challenges to ensure efficient service.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely dispatch of riders for document, shopping, and food deliveries.
- Track rider performance and ensure service standards are met.
- Optimize delivery queues and assign tasks to minimize idle time.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of riders.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve delivery processes.
- Resolve rider and delivery issues in real-time.
- Monitor KPIs to assess rider productivity and fleet performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- 2-3 years of experience managing on-demand rider services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with rider dispatch systems and real-time logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
