This is an exciting job opportunity for the successful candidate and will involve coaching riders of all levels from beginners to competitors schooling horses from young stock to comp This is an exciting job opportunity for the successful candidate and will involve coaching riders of all levels from beginners to competitors schooling horses from young stock to competition level and assisting the Riding School Manager with the daily yard routine, including but not limited to introduce and oversee appropriate riding programs for our riders and horses. There will be attractive remuneration package available which will commensurate with the candidate's level of qualifications and experiences. Job Requirements . Possess a BHS Stage 3 / EA NCAS Level 1 or equivalent professional horse riding qualification. . Coaching and competition experience is essential. . Establish a grading system for riders. . Monitoring the welfare of our horses. . Good inter-personal skills. . Enjoy teaching and interaction with people. . A reasonable knowledge of commonly used computer software programs.
