WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

The trainer will play a leading role in developing, scaling up and delivering high quality training in reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific and driving the curriculum & content development on core digital topics including Technology and AI, Data Analytics, Climate & Sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for learning batches
• Inspire students to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjects
• Guide students through development of a real-world projects that will showcase their abilities and align project scope with clients
• Lead new content development to ensure relevant and market driven curriculum & contribute your own expertise to a deep and broad global curriculum
• Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
• The role is a special trainer track position within BCG, located in Singapore. (Some flexibility can be exercised in case of exceptional candidates to be based in our other SEA offices.)
  

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in an IT or People & Organization related discipline
• Basic understanding of tools such as SQL and Python
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience as trainer in Technology and AI, Data Analytics, Climate & Sustainability topics with past training or facilitation experience
• Experience in public speaking across Technology and AI, Data Analytics, Climate & Sustainability
• Consulting and client facing experience in the context of Technology and AI, Data Analytics, Climate & Sustainability is preferred
• Very strong communication skills
• Expert in agile ways of working and teaching these topics, preferred but not required: Agile Scrum Master Certification
• Preferred but not required: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)
