The Talent
A good degree with at least 3 years of experiences in financial services sector
In-depth understanding of risk management and audit methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent stakeholder management capability
The Job
Assist in implementation of the regional Operational Risk framework/policies for the countries
Assist in design, enhance and generate of regional risk profile reports and dashboards such as Key Risk Indicators or risk heat map
Review and manage Operational Risk incidents, coordinate and challenge Risk and Control Self-Assessment exercise and reports to further identify any potential risks and strengthen existing controls
Contribute to continuous Operational Risk system and tools improvement
