Job Description


The Risk and Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the risk management and internal control processes within Group Lifestyle Financing & Ecosystem. This role involves identifying potential risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring that the team compiles with relevant laws and regulation.

  • Risk Identification and Assessment
  • Identify potential risks that could impact the bank\xe2\x80\x99s operations, reputation, or financial performance
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
  • Develop and maintain a risk register to document and track risks.
  • Control Implementation and Monitoring
  • Design and implement internal controls to mitigate identified risks
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls through regular reviews
  • Ensure that controls are updated and improved based on changing risk environments and business needs.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
  • Ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and advise the organization on compliance requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation and Response
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks
  • Coordinate with various departments to implement risk mitigation measures.
  • Lead the response to risk events, including crisis management and incident investigations.
  • Training and Awareness
  • Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of risk management and control practices
  • Promote a risk awareness and proactive risk management culture within the team
QualificationsQualification * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management, internal controls or compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all key stakeholders
Desired Skills: * Experience with regulatory compliance in the Card, Unsecured Loan, Merchant and Ecosystem business
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
