About Our Client
Our client is a leading Japanese Fund Manager headquartered in Singapore, specialising in Equities. They have been operating for over a decade with a strong performance track record, and are now looking for someone experienced in handling Market Risk and Operations to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing risk management such as P&L and position computation, administration and compliance in market risk management.
- Daily system operation and daily risk reports generation to portfolio managers and senior management.
- Managing the market and liquidity risk management function
- Supporting daily cash and position reconciliation
- Support fund accounting services on funds, including preparation of NAV, cash and position reconciliation and settlement of trades
- Support the organisation in managing relationships with existing investors and potential investment to the fund
- Preparation of marketing material for investor distribution
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field
- 1 or more years of market and portfolio risk experience in a fund management organisation
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required
- Additional experience or a keen understanding of fund operations would also be required
Our client is looking for a Risk and Operations Analyst who will primarily manage the market risk of the firm\'s portfolio, while covering some aspects of operations and investor relations.
