Responsible to assess issues identified to ensure the outsourcing risk exposure over the key processes are in control and within risk appetite. Ensure Desk's Operating Procedures, Plan of Supervisory Procedure, Volcker Mandates are approved Ensure Compliance with regulations (maintain MAS 753 Register, licensing, etc) Responsible for the identification, reporting and escalation of emerging and upstream outsourcing risk through the execution of Outsourcing Risk policy and Outsourcing Governance, operational risk management framework tools, including issue management, error & risk event management, and action plan tracking. Perform risk reviews for new processes arising from new initiatives or process automation involving OSPs & vendors Timely completion of Quarterly Risk Assessment and Annual Risk Assessment Strengthen risk management through the use of data / tools to enhance controls and risk monitoring.
