Job Description

• Design & coordination of temporary & permanent works
• Value engineering, review and approve C&S consultant\'s drawings and in-house RC, structural steel and architectural shop detail drawings.
• Coordinate and lead the design and its progress with consultants
• Resolving site issues with the Consultant, Construction/Structure Erection and QA/QC team.
• Design review, comprehensive technical supports and coordination
• Participate in technical discussion & coordination meeting with client, consultant and subcontractors
• Lead Risk Management team and coordinate Risk Management implementation
• Present at LTAs project Safety Committee Meeting (PSCM) for review of CDSS & CNSS
• Perform risk analysis, risk monitoring and reporting
• Preparation and submission of documentations of Civil Design safety, Construction
• Safety and Project Safety reviews to LTA
• Conduct presentations and Risk Management meeting with LTA
• Identify risks and ensure all requirements during design & construction stage are addressed with suitable protection and mitigation measures
• Prepare, maintain and update project Risk Register as project progresses

Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfMin degree accepted by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or Board of Architects and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM).
  
• Qualified and have 10 years relevant experience in the design (at least five (5) years in design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
