Job Description
$6800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Vet/review credit facility/loan and collateral documents submitted by Relationship Managers/solicitors.
- Liaise with internal and external solicitors for advice and resolution of legal issues and completion of legal documentation.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers to follow-up on internal approvals, documentation, and compliance with credit and documentation conditions.
- Check and ensure all documentation and collateral documents are complete and in order, with all conditions complied with prior to activation and disbursement of facilities.
- Liaise with insurers and valuers on insurance and valuation matters.
- Liaise with internal working partners on guidelines and policies.
- Monitor deadlines for compliance with documentation and conditions and prepare periodic reports.
- Review and update guidelines, SOPs, and workflows.
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Corporate banking credit documentation and credit administration experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
