Job Description

A leading Cambodian based conglomerate with a focus on real estate development, financial services and consumer services, is searching for a Risk Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in Singapore.

As a Risk Manager for this organization, you will be expected to implement and roll out the group\'s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, to include local and overseas subsidiaries.

Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively drive risk management implementation across different asset class, actively engaging and getting buy-ins from the Business Unit Heads.
• Oversee the Business Continuity Management program of the Group.
• In charge of the overall implementation of an effective and efficient risk management program, facilitate meaningful reporting from line management to the Group.
• Assist in conducting risk workshop and risk refresher course; implement program and training to raise the overall risk conscious culture for the Group.
• Keep up to date the latest risk management issues and emerging trends and able to identify relevant risks that may impact the Group business.
• Be versatile and to bring in risk management experience to enhance the overall risk management process and framework.
• Understand, interpret and map risk appetite/ risk tolerance, conduct some financial analysis, and develop key risk indicators.

To be successful in this position, you most posses the ability to think conceptually while at the same time have a high attention to detail.

Other key requirements include:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or other related field.
• Strong Communication - An ability to influence, engage, negotiate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Industry experience and understanding of the marketplace, emerging technologies, and commercial dynamics.
• Experience fostering and managing partnerships.
• A good team player with a positive attitude, self-driven and resilient
