You will analyze business operations to identify and mitigate potential risks stemming from internal issues and mismanagement. Develop, implement, testing, and maintaining business continuity and crisis response plans.We are a leading provider of digital payment solutions in Singapore, renowned for over a decade of operational excellence. Currently, we are advancing our services by moving beyond basic bill payment to offer comprehensive bill management. This evolution aims to deliver a seamless and secure financial management experience for our clients.

• Analyzing business operations to identify and mitigate potential risks stemming from internal issues and mismanagement.
• Developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining business continuity and crisis response plans.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the IT security team to ensure effective operational risk practices are in place, aligned with internal and regulatory standards
• Provide advisory and quality control point for risk management policies.

Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline required.
• 4-8 years of experience in risk management or internal auditing.
• Solid grasp of risk management principles and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking abilities for identifying risks.
• Effective communication skills and experience in liaising with internal stakeholders and various business units for collaborative efforts.
