Payoneer is looking for a Risk Process Manager APAC to join our extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment with an ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of our risk processes and ensure issues are resolved in the most efficient manner.
• Lead cross functional projects on Risk Management by working with product, business, operations, to enhance overall merchant experience by documenting the requirements and action items.
• Support Risk products, automation testing, prepare UAT scenarios and test along with documentation for existing services, new services and feature launches.
• Outline risk process improvements & develop improvement strategies with the decision requirement.
• Create and manage knowledge bases of the Merchant Services Risk Management
• Identify process gaps and work to address them
• Prepare updated reports on all the changes, UATs performed, process enhancement to the knowledge base at regular intervals.
• Monitoring and documenting risk KPI matrix.
• Inspire a strong risk management mindset and culture with business partners.
• Prepare risk management presentations for Senior Management as appropriate.
• Manage project timelines effectively, including managing expectations and delivery timelines.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working with an acquirer in Merchant Risk domain
• Knowledge around Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, AML and understanding of risk terminologies.
• Possess strong project management rigor with the ability to prioritize and drive cross functional initiatives.
• Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented and organized.
• Consistently demonstrates clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
