Job Purpose/Role
Ensure the administrative requirements to risk related issues and support the team in daily operational matter and ensure timely and effective execution of tasks.


Key Responsibilities

• Validate client within database and purchase credit report
• Maintain client credit information in system
• Provide administrative support to risk team (i.e. allocation of grading request)
• Tabulate various daily reports for risk team
• Liaise with external service provider and ensure timely receipt of credit report
• Monitor overdue dashboard and chase for updates

Job Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Be able to handle high volumes and multi-tasking
• Be meticulous and prompt
• Be able to communicate and take the appropriate actions effectively and timely
• Be proactive and anticipate the issues and escalate to the manager
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience in Insurance/ Finance Industry is preferred
