Our Risk Services team helps clients to analyse, assess and address a wide range of risks by providing insights and assurance which is invaluable in today's high-risk business environment. We also work with our clients to build trust across their digital/technology-enabled businesses and address areas such as the loss or misuse of important data, failure to react to changes in the market, implementing and reviewing systems or business processes and ensuring third-party providers are working as expected in managing and controlling their existing and future financial regulatory risk.

As part of the firm's Risk Services - Technology Risk Services team, you will experience a dynamic and fast-paced working environment from financial institutions, potential start-ups to multinational corporations in a range of different industries. Clients look to you to implement, audit, conduct exercises and other business continuity management related services.



As a Director, you will lead a dynamic team of professionals with responsibilities in pre-sales and delivery of Business Continuity Management and Resilience solutions to our clients. Specific responsibilities include:

• Business development such as bid management, proposal formulation and client presentations.
• Implement Business Continuity Management and Resilience end-to-end programs for clients including Threat/Scenario analysis, Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, BCM Policy and Framework, etc.
• Implement integrated crisis management structure, protocols and plans to help clients streamline their crisis management process.
• Conduct trainings to equip organizations with the knowledge to operate and sustain the BCM framework.
• Conduct business continuity exercise to help clients validate their resilience capabilities.

About You

• A University degree with at least 10 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Business Resilience preferably with Business Continuity related certifications.
• In-depth understanding of Business Resilience and governance frameworks
• Proficient in planning, designing and conducting TableTop Exercises and other Business Resilience exercises
• Good understanding of Business Continuity best practices and protocols, including knowledge of local and international BCM standards (ISO 22301, SS540)
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Excellent team skills, both as a leader and as a team player.
• Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation and reporting.
• Highly developed relationship management, influencing and leadership skills.
