Purpose:

  • RM analyst is in charge of revenue maximization of part of APAC resorts by managing village capacity and sales resources, monitoring sales trend, and applying different yielding levers.
  • She/He works closely with other functions in RMP on strategic topics, identifies risk and opportunities to gain revenue.
  • She/He is also a key contact cross different departments/BU for requests related with resorts in charge and transversal projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to maximize the revenue of APAC villages by ensuring all RM techniques are appropriately used: Forecasting, Yielding strategy, Pricing and promotion process, etc.
  • Adapt working process / methodology with the company strategy and orientations

Missions · Maximize revenue of a portfolio of resorts by defining strategy, setting up key yielding rules, and following up ongoing season to adapt the latest trends
  • Maximize the revenue of a portfolio of resorts via different yielding levers (forecast, occupancy per room, capacity, length of stay, upgrade, group, promotion, etc.).
  • Prepare the sales opening of new season, define the RM strategy and work on the proposal and setup on seasonality, pricing, capacity, and different yielding levers.
  • Ongoing season, review yielding strategy according to the context, trends observed, and the needs from markets, with frequent manual adjustment of RM levers in system.
  • Guarantee the reliability of forecast, the consistency and proper use of different yielding levers based on strategy and business needs.

· Closely monitor the business performance, ensure clear and in-time communication on key info / RM actions / strategy / recommendation
  • Monitor the performance of resorts in charge (price evolution, occupancy rate, RevPOR, RevPar, compset benchamrk, etc.), to give insights and action plan on RM, Pricing / Promo, and Group topics, etc. to improve business performance.
  • Participate in sales meeting / business review with analyses and inputs, communicate on R&O observed, insights, RM strategy, and action proposal.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient communication with both internal RMP team and other departments on strategy / key info / decision.

· Always challenge the working process/ways of working to enhance the overall working efficiency. Make good use of different tools to improve ensure smooth operation.
  • Be a force of proposal concerning the evolution of internal processes and transversal relations. Regularly review and challenge existing process/methods to standardize the working process and gain efficiency.
  • Listen to the feedback from the field, review and revise different processes/ways of working to match RM actions with Corporate strategies.
  • Liaise with RM team in other BUs to get relevant tools/ideas/methods, learn and blend in best practices in APAC resorts.

· Participate in different projects related to RM and to ensure the successful implementation in APAC
  • Participate in test & implementation of new yielding system in APAC with focus on resorts in charge. Actively participate in brainstorming, workshop with feedback and improvement proposal, define working methodology according to village specifities.
  • Support company projects development. For global projects, work together with other RMP team members, provide necessary info and ensure APAC specifities/interests been took into consideration in projects. For local projects, support project team with proposal, recommendation or necessary info. Been a key member for RM related system development testing and implementation in APAC.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Revenue Management field
  • Possess knowledge on Revenue Management
  • Solution oriented team player with strong analytical background and comfortable with numbers.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure
  • Possess good verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
