Job Description
& Requirements
:
Oversee and maintain a safe, productive work environment for all on-site workers Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications Maintain quality control throughout the project. Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including subcontractor bidding, design review, and project oversight Ensure that projects are on schedule Maintain daily records Provide assistance to construction workers as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years Experience in the construction industry required. Have mentality to work in Sunday and Public holiday Day shift and Night shift Rotation work, so need to have strong mind setup Experience in a leadership role recommended Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure Ability to keep track of multiple projects Must have Physical Work Experience * Young Energetic and Fit for physical work.
