Qualifications & Requirements:

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and competent English-speaking Team Leader to oversee robotic cleaning operations and data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and upskilling a team of cleaners in managing a fleet of cleaning robots and leveraging data to optimize cleaning performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of cleaners in operating and maintaining a robotic cleaning fleet. Provide training and support to ensure effective use of robotic systems. Analyze data from robotic operations to improve efficiency and cleaning outcomes. Coordinate with management to implement best practices and address operational challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

A

Diploma or equivalent

qualification in

Robotics, Data Analytics,

or a related field. Proven experience in

robotics management

and

data analysis

in an operational environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and train teams effectively in English.

Additional Requirements:

The Team Leader

must not

be deployed as a replacement for operational cleaning staff on any shift. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving. The RFMT Leader may be required to work occasional third shifts and weekends; however, he is not expected to perform his regular shift on those days.
