Job Description

As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer , you will work on multiple internal engagements to help deliver robust Intelligent Automation solutions. In order to be successful in this role, you must have an experience installing, operating or maintaining robots, writing algorithms or programming code, and identifying and designing appropriate automation workflows. In addition, you will be implementing the full life cycle of an automation solutions: Automation opportunity assessment, requirements documentation, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions using industry leading RPA tools. Key responsibilities are:

• Main focus on the use of UiPath to develop scalable and efficient process automations and reusable components that can be used across different IT systems and services
• Potential to also use other RPA tools such as Power Automate
• Design, document, develop and execute test automation plans from business requirements.
• Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition for application maintenance.
• Define, promote and utilise best practices for RPA capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilise RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
• Work with internal solution analysts and business SMEs to ensure requirements are detailed and complete
• Address automation requirements to assess and deliver solutions
• Providing subject matter expertise/demonstrating existing knowledge in the business on automation solutions
• Create solutions utilising the best development practices

Key skills and competencies:

• Strong understanding of RPA technologies, solutions and underlying IT services
• Solid skills in the UIPath RPA solution
• Knowledge of the Power Automate solution
• Ability to work with globally dispersed teams in a DevOps and Agile manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Information/Computer Science related field
• Advanced UiPath Certification and Robotic Enterprise Framework experience
• 4+ Years of experience in any of the programming languages (preferably .NET, VB)
• At least 2 years of end to end lifecycle implementation experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with the UiPath RPA platform
