Overview:

We are looking for

RPA - Deposit Operations Specialists

to join a dynamic operations team in Singapore. These roles focus on supporting and automating key operational processes within deposit functions. The successful candidates will be involved in transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and implementing process improvements using RPA technologies. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage account-related operations, including opening/closing accounts and reconciliations Handle transactional processing and documentation Prepare reports for internal and regulatory purposes Participate in system testing and automation projects

Requirements:

Experience in back-office deposit operations Knowledge of local clearing systems Knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) Experience with RPA scripting (UiPath, Python) is an advantage * Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
