Overview:

We are looking for

RPA - Treasury Operations Specialists

to join a dynamic operations team in Singapore. These roles focus on supporting and automating key operational processes within treasury functions. The successful candidates will be involved in transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and implementing process improvements using RPA technologies. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple operational areas.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day transactions on over-the-counter derivatives products Liaise with business units, especially Treasury Front Office on derivatives Validate trade deals and send confirmation to counterparties Prepare and dispatch SWIFT payments and Deal/Settlement Confirmations Perform investigations and reconciliations Participate in system testing, project initiation, and implementation

Job Requirements:

Experience in treasury back-office operations Familiarity with derivative regulations Knowledge of SWIFT messages Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) Knowledge of RPA scripting (UiPath, Python) - advantage Able to multi-task across functions Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent team player
