Responsibilities:

• Operation of robotics automation systems for smart factory
• Troubleshoot and monitor errors from robotic arms
• Create new or modify existing robot programs, for new functions and applications
• Support engineers in automation process and manufacturing
• Support New Production Introduction for future production plans
• Analyse and study robot-related data and manufacturing processes for improvements to production line
• Provide information on predictive maintenance for robots
• Manage records of hardware, software, and system parameters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field, and/or with equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Industrial Robotics Automation
• Familiar and understanding with any industrial or collobrative robotics arms (e.g. KUKA, UR)
• Technical skills in troubleshoot, development and application of automation in manufacturing with robot, PLC, vision,automation design, software program
• Experience in manufacturing processes and understanding in manufacturing process optimization
