Job Description
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Our client is a Singaporean MNC technology and engineering group with various local and regional government projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and model dynamic railway systems, including control of propulsion, brakes, and stability.
- Process test data to guide control system design.
- Develop vehicle control systems, including architecture selection, algorithm design, and documentation.
- Design, implement, and test algorithms for environmental awareness and object detection.
- Create software architectures, interfaces, and tools for data visualization.
- Support system demonstrations and trials locally and internationally.
- Interface with third-party developers to modify GUI software.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning to classify defects in payload data.
- Collaborate with domain experts to assess defect severity and set warning thresholds.
- Support data visualization at the maintenance monitoring center.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Robotics/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficient in C++ for multi-threaded applications.
- Skilled in microcontroller programming, especially with Arduino and relevant tools.
- Experience with real-time operating systems, robotics architecture, and hardware interfaces (e.g., CAN bus, RS232).
- Familiar with control theory and PID controllers.
- Knowledge of GUI development (e.g., QT).
- Versed in various motor controllers/actuators.
- Bonus for computer vision experience.
- Bonus for machine learning and deep learning knowledge.
