Clean and make up rooms and bathrooms according to Hotel's standards and procedures. Render personal assistance to guests. (e.g. request for adaptors, hairdryers, extra amenities, etc.) Tidy up guest items as directed by standards and procedures. Report maintenance defects. Remove Room Service trays from rooms and return to Kitchen. Ensure safety hazards in work area. Remove Room Service trays from rooms for collection by Room Service personnel. Equip trolley with adequate supplies and keeps trolley/pantry neat and tidy at all times. Report and hand over any Loss and Found items promptly to Housekeeping. Report suspicious persons or actions, DND rooms according to procedures. Report room discrepancy accurately and follow standard procedure. Ensure to comply with grooming and uniform standards. Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace. Conduct duties in courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with hotel and Singapore policies and procedure, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication in maintained. Attend meetings and training whenever required. Undertakes any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior diligently and professionally. Spring cleaning according to Hotels' standards and procedures (e.g. take out and hang curtain, high dusty, stainless polish, etc.) Carry out special project and task such as shampooing of carpets and taking stock. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score. Period: Permanent Working Hours: 44 hours work week rotating shift Salary: Up to $1,700 + Benefits Location: City/Sentosa/East Requirements: Keep Personal Grooming at the highest standard.
