Job Overview:


As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You are responsible for the meticulous cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, making sure every detail meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your work directly impacts our guests' satisfaction and their overall impression of our hotel.


Key Responsibilities:


Clean and tidy guest rooms to the highest standard, following our established procedures. Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities. Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including sanitizing showers, toilets, and sinks. Dust furniture, fixtures, and appliances; and vacuum carpets/floors. Restock guest room supplies such as coffee, tea, toiletries, and stationery. Check all room equipment (e.g., TV, lights, AC) to ensure they are in good working order and report any malfunctions or damages to maintenance. Respond promptly to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your housekeeping cart and storage closets. Work collaboratively with team members and report any lost and found items immediately.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):


No prior experience required; full training will be provided. Experience in a similar role is a plus. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. A reliable, hardworking, and honest personality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of English is preferred; bilingual abilities are an advantage.

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma


Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
