• The Rooms Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by managing room inventory, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate records of room statuses.\xc2\xb7
• Manage room inventory and availability using property management system (PMS) software.\xc2\xb7
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.\xc2\xb7
• Assign guest rooms based on room availability and guest preferences.\xc2\xb7
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.\xc2\xb7
• Monitor and update room statuses, including cleaning and maintenance schedules.\xc2\xb7
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.\xc2\xb7
• Assist with managing room reservations, including group bookings and special requests.\xc2\xb7
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to room assignments and guest services.\xc2\xb7
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance the overall guest experience.\xc2\xb7
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to room inventory and guest activity.
• Miscellaneous\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.\xc2\xb7
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.\xc2\xb7
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\xc2\xb7

• All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
