DFI Team Brief

In this role, you will be planning the routes for each delivery timeslot according to the desired orders and assigning these orders to the drivers using our inhouse delivery system, you are required to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet targeted delivery KPIs.

Main Duties

• Using Transportation Management System (TMS) to plan efficient delivery routes for 3rd party Logistics drivers base on delivery timeslot
• Monitor drivers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery and escalate on any late / unfulfilled deliveries
• Basic team briefing and on boarding training for Do\xe2\x80\x99s and Don\xe2\x80\x99t\xe2\x80\x99s
• Ensure drivers collects the correct delivery orders
• Attend to drivers needs for closures of orders, safekeeping of POD photos (if app issue)
• Check in with drivers on customer\xe2\x80\x99s complains and work closely with customer services team to ensure excellent delivery experience for our customers
• Collaborates with customer services team members and communicates relevant information to drivers
• (Such as collection, redelivery based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations)
• Requires using Whats App on group messages to drivers / customer services team.
• Consolidate data and compile reports
• Other duties as assigned.

Working days:

6 days\xe2\x80\x99 workweek, 44hrs per week

Requirements

• O\xe2\x80\x99 N Level, with at least 1-3 years of working experiences, knowledge with TMS
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with drivers
• Must be detailed-oriented and possess the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of MS Office software
