Our client, a government agency, is looking for school leavers / fresh graduates to take on the role of Roving Officer.

3 Months Contract (Renewable) x 2 positions

Job scope:

• Enquire on the customers\xe2\x80\x99 intent on their visit to the Branches / RHD and evaluate whether the transaction can be done online or at the AXS self-help kiosk/cash payment machines
• Assist the customer on these transactions online or at the AXS self-help kiosk / cash payment machines
• Assist customers to arrange for e-appointment if their transactions cannot be done at those avenues previously mentioned
• Any ad hoc request

Other details:

• Work location: Bukit Batok or Bukit Merah
• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Saturdays: 8.00am to 1.00pm
• Hourly rate: SGD12/hour
