Summary:
Position Overview:
As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our QSE team in designing, developing, and implementing data and RPA solutions. You will work closely with our team members to streamline complex business processes, do data analysis, enhance data management and accuracy, and enable efficient data-driven decision-making. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the FMCG industry in one of the most dynamic companies in the world contributing to impactful projects.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the QSE team and related functions to understand business needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and integrate solutions.
• Develop effective, long-term and user-oriented solutions that generate a real impact in the team.
• Work closely and independently with cross-functional teams to develop platforms and solutions.
• Data analysis, collection, cleansing and integration. Assist in gathering data from various sources and integrating them into the company's databases, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
• Document processes, methodologies, and data sources for easy reference and knowledge sharing. Create user manuals and guidelines for data management and platform procedures.

Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Functional Skills:

• Advance level in Excel including VBA coding.
• Knowledge in PowerApps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML.
• Basic understanding of SQL and non-SQL database management systems.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and DAX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proactive and able to find user-oriented solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
