Job Description
RSOC OPERATOR : 1. Incident Response (Investigations): Respond promptly to security incidents, including theft, trespassing, vandalism, or any other unauthorized activities. Take appropriate action as per company guidelines and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary. 2. Crisis Management (Alarm Monitoring): Participate in crisis management and emergency response planning. Act swiftly and efficiently during emergencies to ensure the safety of employees and assets. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum GCE N-Level qualifications or equivalent, otherwise candidates with notable security-related experience will be considered. 2. Able to converse & writes fluently in English. 3. Strong observational and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
