Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator role supports the company's WSH procedures by conducting safety checks to identify cases of non-compliance with organizational procedures and legal WSH requirements. He/She observes daily work practices, gathers feedback from workers, evaluates risks associated with the hazards identified in the workplace and escalates issues that require corrective and preventive actions to be undertaken. Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings, update SHEQ notice boards, safety reports, including follow-up to safety issues resolution. Ensure that issuance of personal protective equipment is properly recorded and documented. SHEQ Training administrator Liaise with vendors on the number of runs/ classes, availability and dates Assist to carry out registration of the staff for the courses Keep updated records of registration and attendance of participants Assist in the scheduling of courses based on the number of participants, runs / classes, trainers' and participants' availability and venue availability Maintain training / attendance records in the company learning management system. Preparation and distribution of certificates. Collate training progress reports and tabulate feedback. Carry out any other advisories or safe management operations that may be required under the Environment Public Health Act and COVID-19 ACT 2020. Requirements Possess at least 1 years of practical work experience in the field of health and safety in process construction industry with good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance. Possess good communication skills, organizing abilities and independent. Advance or High Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint and be conversant with administration works Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and/or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
