• Implement PDS HSSE strategy into the Singapore D&B team, endorsed by Senior Management and aligned with the Region
• Support and influence Senior Leadership and employees to manage a safe work culture and uphold the JLL Global HSE Policy, and associated standards.
• Conduct emergency response drills
• Conduct safety inductions and orientations.
• To conduct regularly visit sites to on-going projects by the D&B team
• Attend regular Construction Coordination Meetings of con-going projects and raise any concerns or non-compliances
• Review and approve sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 and vendors\xe2\x80\x99 HSE documents and provide necessary recommendation to ensure compliance and good practices.
• Contribute suggestions to mitigate reoccurrences of incidents and accidents.
• Explain WSH compliance requirements and proper work practices pertaining to employees\' specific work process or area.
• Follow Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) when responding to emergency situations.
• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedures.
• Follow investigation protocols to collect data and report findings.
• Identify WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices.
• Participate in WSH compliance inspections.
• Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to team members.
• Respond promptly to incidents and accidents.
• Support WSH incident and accident investigations.
• Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.
• Manage and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HSSE elements, providing assurance that compliance is achieved through an inspection and checklist program.
• Supports the delivery of regulatory compliance and proactively identify key HSSE trends and/or legislative changes that create opportunity for continuous improvement and/or compliance.
• Drive processes and procedures to become an industry leader in all aspects of:

• HSSE Management
• Risk Management
• Contractor Management
• Incident Management
• Participate in the D&B HSSE risk profile and associated supporting Risk Management systems.
• Participate in the CMO Incident Management system and associated incident investigations.
• Develop a systemic approach to reporting and advising Senior Leadership on D&B HSSE performance objectives and metrics.
• Identify, develop, and facilitate the delivery of the D&B HSSE training programs.
• Liaise and maintain construction and HSSE industry contacts, maintaining up to date knowledge of legislation, best practice techniques and methodologies.
• Contribution of HSSE content on internal and external websites.
• Contribute to the HSSE collateral of RFPs and proposals.
• Manage any in country HSSE professionals in Singapore in all aspects of HSSE management.
• Promote pathways for HSSE industry recognition and awards.

Performance objectivesA SUCCESSFUL PROJECT

• Within each project, establish and implement an effective organisation structure for reporting, communication and working procedures.
• Manage all sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers on-site to ensure compliance to JLL\xe2\x80\x99s D&B HSSE policies
• Take a proactive role in delivering a successful project (s).
• Work with the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
• Represent and promote the company throughout the project.
• Ensure accurate and timely project reporting on HSSE related issues.
• Establish and implement an appropriate safety control system.
• Lead the identification, mitigation, and reporting on project risks.
• Utilise JLL technology including AdaptiveWork, Jaggaer, DoneSafe, Project Toolkit.

BUSINESS OUTCOMES

• The Safety Coordinator Singapore will be responsible for the management, development and continuous improvement of the HSSE performance in support of delivering D&B projects in Singapore.
• Assist in the development of quality templates for use by others using Project Toolkit.

Employee specification

• Specialist Diploma in workplace safety and health (WSH) and other HSSE certification
• Possess WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level A)
• Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B)
• Possess WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM)
• At least 5 years in a similar position of safety coordinator in a D&B or interior construction firm.
• Possess knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Act
