Responsibilities:
- To review and approve the SHMS, RA, SWP, Fall Prevention Plan and all related safety documents, prior to Authorized Manager Approval
- To maintain a Safe work environment for all staff, all strategic partners and OEMs
- To assist HSEQ Manager and Authorized Managers for implementing of WSH and all Safety regulations in the workplace
- To assist HSEQ Manager and Authorized Managers for the overall operational effectiveness WSH Management at the site as per contract requirements
- To conduct at least weekly random safety inspection at site
- To assist HSEQ Manager to conduct investigation for all incidents and prepare report to Authority such as DSTA
- To maintain safe working conditions at workplace
- To formulate and suggest work safety standards and enforces procedures
- To conduct random and surprise safety inspection on all staff, Strategic Partners, OEMs
- Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience as WSH Safety Coordinator or Officer in FM / Manufacturing / Construction line
- Minimum WSH Safety Coordinator Certification accepted by MOM
- Candidates with Class 3 driving license will be at an advantage
