Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:


Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health (WSH) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with MOM and WSH regulations Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken Monitor and ensure compliance with safety requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safe work procedures Coordinate and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and trainings for workers and subcontractors Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend preventive measures Maintain proper WSH records, documentation, and reports as required by statutory regulations Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and authorities on all WSH-related matters Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce

What We're Looking For

Possess a valid WSH Coordinator registration with MOM Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction safety coordination Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act, regulations, and Code of Practice Familiar with risk assessment methods, incident investigation, and safety management systems Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and promote safety awareness across teams Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors
